Failed to calculate version: For input string: "@major_

Good Day

I got the following error:

Failed to calculate version: For input string: "@major_ver@"

while try to run my program that uses edtftpj-1.4.4. without recompile the edtftpj-1.4.4 jar.

My sources are compiled with sdk 1.4.2_10 under XP and run on an HPUX11i.
The HPUX also uses sdk1.4.2_10 to run the classes and jar.

Any suggestions please????

This generally happens when someone recompiles the jar file without using our original ant script which substitutes version numbers.

I think this is fixed in later versions of the distribution.

Yep!
I recompiled the sources using ant and the error dissapeared.!!!
