Bug in GetFile

Question

It sometimes hangs when I call GetFile method. I don't know why, but it is only if I use 'binary' transfer mode.

It will hang for ever, no error message.

You'll need to post a bit more info like a log file.

we are suffering from the same issue. We are downloading multiple files one by one and maintaining custom log files. But sometimes, we are sure, GetFile stucks and does not let the further lines to be executed in code. It completely downloads the file but, we are sure, it is not sending the "Downloaded" confirmation back to the client.

Can you please configure edtFTPnet to produce a log file (see Developer's Guide) and post the relevant portions of that to the forum?
