Certificate Error

Question

Hi,

Recently we experienced an error regarding EDTFTP Pro. The following is our error message:

An unhandled exception of type Org.Mentalis.Security.Ssl.Shared.SslException has occurred : The Certificate message is invalid.

[Inner Exceptions:
DVGMSOrder.CreateFTPClient: The Certificate message is invalid.
edtftpnet-pro-1.0.2.a: Unable to load the specified certificate.
]

DVGMSOrder.CreateFTPClient is our class/method name.

We have regenerated and reinstalled the Equifax-generated scripts.
We have made sure the proper firewall rules are open (21/1393) for source to destination IP.
We have made sure our routing is accurate.

Anyone have any ideas/details regarding this error message?

If you are a current customer, please email us at support at enterprisedt dot com to obtain an upgrade to the latest version. This should be tried before continuing with an old DLL.
