I just tested both the edtFTPj and edtFTPj/SSL developer guide links and both seemed to be working OK. Would you mind trying again please and let us know how yo go? In case they still don't work, please try:

I just tried the link you provided and same thing, got a blank page. I am using FoxFire for browser.

I found the developer guide in the zip download. THanks. But the link on the page still doesn't work.
