files are not getting downloaded fully

i m downloading .zip files from the server
server responds as "transfer complete" with .get() command but the files are not fully downloaded or downloaded files are rendered as corrupt.

im downloading in ASCII mode

That's why your files are corrupt then. zip files are binary files, you can't download as ASCII.
