how to resume file transfer when network connection is lost

suppose file transfer is in progress,now the network cable is disconnected accidentally
how am i supposed to resume transfer of files from the very file that was in progress i.e the remaining files.

Resume is supported in edtFTPj for binary file transfers. So you need to work out the last file transferred (as it may be a partial transfer), transfer it again with resume set (if binary), and continue transferring other files. If ASCII just retransfer the file.
