3. Set the username of account Anonymous as "Guest", and enabled account anonymous.
4. Started server
5. Tried to log in from a ftp client by using anonymous mode, but got the following error message:

Try looking at the edtFTPD logs (accessible through edtFTPD Manager interface) and see if there are some clues. You might also try enabling a different account. Also. have a look at this forum topic: http://www.enterprisedt.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=139&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15

I also tried user HelpAssisstant. It still does not work.

I noticed the home folder for account "Anonymous" is always C:\edtFTPD\home\anon no matter which user is assigned to it, while the home folder for the user is different, e.g. for the user "Guest" the home folder is C:\edtFTPD\home\Guest. I do not know if this inconsistence caused the login failure.
