CompleteFTP - User Public Key

Question

I have a question on User and Public Keys (Enterprise Edition), I have the keys (rsa, dsa) in the default site, however I have generated new DSA & RSA for specific user, however when you connect to SFTP, ist still using the Default Site keys. How do I get it to use the new Keys only for that user?

There are two completely different types of keypairs.

There are the server keypairs, which the server uses to identify itself to users. They are always supplied upon connection to the server (either RSA or DSA).

Then there are the user keypairs, which users use to identify themselves to the server when they log in using public key authentication.
