Transfer file between ftp server using UploadFile() method

Someone asked:

Does UploadFile() method can be used to transfer file from ftp server to another ftp server ?
if it does, how the format string inside the method?

Or is it only works with uploading from local machine / path ?

In edtFTPnet/PRO, there is a method called TransferFileFXP which can transfer files from one server to another via FXP.
