You can't do scheduled transfers with CompleteFTP, but it's quite high priority for us to add this functionality as you're not the first to ask for it.
We are currently developing the spec for this and the tentative plan is to include this in the next major release, 8.1. If you have any more detailed requirements, please post them.
You can do scheduled events in Windows though, so it's not difficult to schedule a transfer via a script - please ask for more details.
