Error to decipher please?

Can anyone tell me what this means?
'OOPS: vsf_sysutil_bind / listen (code=500)'

Its from the SecureFTPConnection1.Downloaded e.exception.message

This looks like a firewall issue. Does it happen when you try to list or transfer?

It occurs during downloads.
The app downloads every 10 minutes 24/7. Once or twice a day at random times I get this error.
Not a big issue as it simply downloads it again 10 minutes later but I thought ask what it meant.

It seems to be a server error, from a server called vsftpd.

It appears to mean that the server has run out of sockets. This could happen if a lot of clients are downloading or uploading files during a short period. It takes a few minutes for used sockets to be freed up. Apparently earlier versions of vsftpd were more prone to this error.
