We're running Version 3.1.2 and before anyone says 'upgrade' this was a company purchase with lapsed support and at present isn't an option.

Everything seems to be fine apart from when you selection the users tab?! The app crashes showing this in the event viewer ...

Event ID: 5000
"EventType clr20r3, P1 completeftpmanager.exe, P2 3.1.2.0, P3 4ae58657, P4 mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 5040540e, P7 199d, P8 10, P9 system.stackoverflowexception, P10 NIL."

The server is a web server so anything to do with ripping out .NET or repairs etc isn't an easy option. We have been getting fully up-to-date with Windows Updates having found a WSUS issue, so it might well be an update has triggered this issue.

The latest updates have been uninstalled and we're still seeing the issue!?

Sorry, we haven't seen this problem before. If you can't renew support, the only thing I can suggest is to upgrade to 3.2.1, which is the last release your support agreement entitles you to. No guarantees that this will fix the problem, but it might be worth a try. Here's the revision history:

Let us know if you want to do this and I'll email you a link to 3.2.1.

That would be a great help ... yes please!

Currently I'm checking over the installed .NET frameworks to check they're A1 too.

Many Thanks

Thanks - I've completed the upgrade and am still getting the issue?!

Can you help with what options I might have to resolve this? Currently we don't have support - is this something we can buy? If we can buy it - I doubt you'll want to support Version 3, will we need to upgrade and review where we are?!

Many thanks.

( I did PM you but it's stuck in the Outbox and may well be a address I cannot (by design) PM in return?!

Thanks
