"Error: Connection reset"

Question

Hi there,

I'd like to use http://www.integralftp.com/ in Chrome.

First when I try to connected to my ftp server it says:

"Connected to: www.mydomain.com" (in a greenb field)

Then, when I try to open the folder /... at the right side it says:

"Error: Connection reset".

All my data is correct, and the server is available.

Why doesn't it work?

thanks for your answer. I'm sorry to say that I can't provide a test account. It's a server of a public school.

Any other ideas to solve the problem?

Does Filezilla work from the same machine? Enable the Java console and send us the log.

Yes, it's worth trying FileZilla. Also, could you please e-mail the logs to me at support@enterprisedt.com? You can get them from the Java console.

The log that's output by the IntegralFTP applet is in the Java console. You can find instructions on showing the Java console at http://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xml Once you've opened the Java console, you should see lots of logging from IntegralFTP. Please copy that and e-mail it to support@enterprisedt.com.
