Hi there,

Before making a purchase I just want to get one thing clear.

In your 'Users Guide' you state
Please note that HTTP and HTTPS should not be enabled until any other HTTP/HTTPS services on the server machine are shut down, e.g. IIS, Apache. Other products such as Skype also use the HTTP and HTTPS default ports of 80 and 443. If in doubt, use netstat to check what ports are in use.

But when reading about the HTTP feature on your site (http://www.enterprisedt.com/products/completeftp/doc/guide/html/httpsettings.html) you state that it is possible to change HTTP port and listening IP address.

So my question is really what the correct information is, because if you can change both port and listening address there wouldn't be a problem to run both Apache and CompleteFTP Server on the same machine, right?

That's correct. If you change the ports in either software then they can run concurrently.
