File Exits(Error Code 550)

Question

Iam getting File Exits(Error Code 550) when i try to upload files through FTP in live but i dont get this in local If any one come across this please let me know the reason for this error.

A log file would be useful rather than a stack trace, but it appears that for some reason you don't have permission to overwrite the file. Post a log file at the debug level if you want us to tell you more.

Inner Exception is Empty so i posted stact trace. I think you are right it is permission issue. But it happens rarely even after giving all the permissions
