Example Viewer Error

Question

When trying to view an example I get the following error:

cannot find 'file:///c:/program%20files/enterprise%20distrbuted%20technologies/edtftpnetpro/ms-help://edtftpnetrpo/edtftpnetrpo/howtocreateanftpconnection.html'. Make sure the path or internet address is correct.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. This is with the latest version 7.4.0.20

It looks like you have an old configuration file for the ExampleViewer. You may need to uninstall and then delete the contents of C:\Program Files \Enterprise Distributed Technologies\edtFTPnetPRO (or wherever you installed edtFTPnet/PRO). Reinstalling should then work fine.

Uninstalled, deleted folder and reinstalled. Program still has the same problem. Even ran CCleaner to make sure that there wasn't some left over registry keys.

t looks to me like it is picking up an old examples.xml file from somewhere.

Check your Windows directory, something like:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Enterprise Distributed Technologies\edtFTPnet PRO

If there is an examples.xml file in there, please delete it or copy the most recent one on top of it.
