open for write: failure

Hello,

I'm trying to set up my first SFTP user and received the following error when accessing the server from my client (FileZilla) and uploading a file.

Error: /test1.txt: open for write: failure
Error: File transfer failed

The account is a non-Windows account with a Virtual Folder as the Home Folder. The non-Windows user is the owner of the his Home Folder with all the permissions selected (read, write, delete, ...).

Any ideas on why I am receiving the error when uploading a file? I can access the remote site / home folder but I cannot upload a file.
