IMPORT PRIVATE Key into COMPLETE FTP SERVER

Question

I have created a PROVATE key in KEYGEN and then selected IMPORT PRIVATE key under RSA key option. Select file, prompt me for password for key file as expected returns the following error :- Could not import key. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8085


Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue ?

What SSH/SFTP client are you importing the private key into?
