Timed out in SecureSocket.EndConnect

Question 1

my application is returning this error message almost immediately after I call .Connect(). My timeout is set to 0 which I thought was infinite according to the documentation. Any ideas why this would occur?

Question 2

Should be ... but set to 120,000 (2 minutes) just to confirm there's not a bug somewhere.
