As your software is not licensed under the LGPL (having purchased a license), you may remove the LGPL blurb on each source file, leaving our copyright notices (which of course can't be removed).

You can then add:

"This software is licensed under the 'edtFTPnet Software License Agreement' , which can be found at http://www.enterprisedt.com/products/ed ... icense.pdf"
