FTPException messages

Where can I obtain the list of possible messages the FTPException can have? I need to display translations of the messages to another language instead of the messages themselves.

Sadly, nowhere. They are sent back by the FTP server, and there is no standard. They vary widely between FTP servers, of which there are hundreds or perhaps thousands of different types.
