A user writes:
I can access the SFTP server (CompleteFTP 3.1.2) using Dreamweaver with no problems.
However I cannot connect using SFTP and FileZilla (Latest Stable 3.3.0.1)
Client reports "fzSftp started" and then "Connection timed out, Could not connect to server"
The Server Log shows...

This is a bug in the Blowfish cipher implementation. Go to the Settings in the manager -> SFTP/SCP->Advanced Settings->Algorithms->Available Ciphers. Uncheck 'Blowfish'.
This is fixed in 3.2.0, which will be out in early December.
