Can't see files or folders

I'm evaluating editFTPnet PRO, and I'm going through the Example Viewer application, but I can't get any file or folder listings. It says I'm connected, and it correctly tells me what the default directory is after I connect, but I can't see any files or folders. Even if I specify a known directory with files, I can't see any contents. Any idea what might be happening?

Most likely you are connecting to an FTP server that has an unusual directory listing format. edtFTPnet/PRO can understand most formats, but some servers have weird ones. Unfortunately there is no real standard in FTP.

If you send us the log file we should be able to figure out why it isn't working.
