Problem in transfer file

Hi all,

I am new to use this package. I try to transfer from linux machine to ftp server and found that the file size at server is smaller than the original file. I opened the file (ASCII) and found serveral file at the bottom of file is missing. Can anyone help me? :?:

If you transfer as ASCII, the file sizes may differ because of differing end of line characters between platforms.
