How do I determine what version level we are running?

It is printed out in the log file, and it is also in the jar file manifest.

If you rename edtftpj-pro.jar to edtftpj-pro.zip and unzip it, you'll find a manifest file in there. Open it in a text editor and you'll find the build date, version etc.
