UploadStream Appending

Thank you for all your help so far. I am currently experiencing a problem with the ExFTP UploadStream method. Though I have the append parameter set to false, it is still appending on a ResumeTransfer. Any suggestions?

ResumeTransfer() essentially results in an append being performed, as it is intended to complete a partial transfer.
