I have a connection I am trying to make with a client on their SSH server. I can download files from them without a problem but uploading files is more problematic.
The log shows this message:
DEBUG [SSH2Connection] 2 Jul 2008 10:47:19.535 : ProcessPacket pt=SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT
DEBUG [SFTPChannelReceiver] 2 Jul 2008 10:47:19.535 : Connection closed: Data length of 26 bytes exceeded available window space of 0 bytes. (code=2)
Help! :(

Which version are you using? We've made some fixes related to the window space in recent(ish) versions, so if you're not using the latest version then please try that.

Look at the properties of the DLL (right click), or at the start of a log file.
Send an email to support at enterprisedt dot com if you need your download details again.

I am using version 4.2.1.0.
I sent an email to support and they sent me a download link and when I opened it I found that the dll for the newly downloaded version is older than the one I am currently using.

Rather than look at the dates on the DLL, what is the version number of the DLL?
I downloaded and installed using your link, and the DLL is 5.0.5, which is current. Your problem was fixed in 5.0.1 (or at least a problem very similar to yours).
