I install the edtFTPD server,but the error is "Exception thrown: IndexOutOfRangeException"

I'm not sure why you are getting this error. It looks like it's happening when you're trying to show the logs. You can also view the logs by opening the .log files in the C:\edtFTPD\var\log directory.

We are releasing a new version of edtFTPD in a couple of weeks time. It's almost entirely new and should not have these problems. Until then, rather than struggling with an obsolete version, I suggest that you use FileZilla Server, which is reasonably proficient FTP/FTPS server that is also free.
