Incomplete Download from Win2012

Question

Recently upgraded from 12.1.1 to 12.2.0.  I noticed that retrieving files from AIX to Windows Server 2012 that only the first 784K bytes were retrieved and the process hung.    The entire file is successfully transferred when running from a Windows 10 workstation

rolled back to use 12.1.1
