Hi,

Within the CompleteFTP Server, we get the following message in the Diagnostics.log file every 30 seconds:

WARN SFTPConnection [<Session Information Here>] Global request keepalive@jcraft.com not supported

I'm not entirely sure why the client would be sending that.  Is it causing a load on our server?  Should I be worried?  wink

Thanks for your help.

The client is sending a custom keep-alive message to try to keep the connection to the server open. It can be safely ignored, and it's not indicative of any server load problem at that frequency. However, if it's your own client, you can probably disable this behavior.
