Customer receiving error - Server Returned Unknown Response Code: 24

Question

When customer connect to our sftp server they are receiving below error.

"Server Returned Unknown Response Code: 24"

Customer is attempting to pick up file from our server and above condition happens, but 10-15 minutes later is works fine.

Response code 24 in SFTP indicates that they were trying to treat a directory as a file.

It's best to supply debug logging on both the client and server side to diagnose these kind of problems properly.
