Is there a way to impersonate a loggedin user, so we can use NT acls to control access the file system?

OK. I tried it with a local user.
Uploaded a file to users home per ftps.
File ACL are as follows:

everybody: Read
none: Read
system: special

But the user is not listed in the acl, why?

eftpd.log file states:

255.255.255.255 (127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]) - PRIVS_ROOT: unable to seteuid(): Permission denied
