Able to sFTP Upload to AWS server but not able to download from AWS (error: GetMessage timed out (request id=15))

I am able to push a file to AWS no problem, but downloading from AWS a timeout error.

I think this issue is going to hard to solve in this forum as this type of multi-system issue tends to be complex and we're going to need a lot of logging. Can you please open ticket a enterprisedt.com/help ?

In the ticket please include a clean debug log and let us know if it happens with very small files (i.e. up to a few kb).
