CompleteFTP upgrade from v10 to v13

Are there any issues upgrading CompleteFTP from v10 to v13, license, config issues etc?

Not that we are aware of. However you can always test that an upgrade will work for your production server by testing the upgrade first on a test machine as detailed here.
