Using the Component in .NET - NEED HELP URGENT

Question

I added the reference of the compiled DLL into a VB.NET project . i am getting the exception :

"File or assembly name System, or one of its dependencies, was not found."
When i am trying to create an instance of the component , I have checked the parameters already.
PLZ HELP>

Try recompiling edtFTPnet on your machine - perhaps you are using a different version of .NET.
