Convert Word to PDF - No color

Question

When I convert a Word document to a PS file and then Adobe I loose my color. All files are black and white only.

Also, when I print the file to a FILE, my print function adds the .prn suffix even if I add the .ps The .prn is added after the .ps suffix. I say this because maybe this it the cause of my problems.

Ideas?

Ensure that the postscript printer driver you are using is for a color postscript printer. The file extension makes no difference.
