Is it possible to migrate existing configuration to new server?

We are running version Complete FTP 8.3.0 ( June 2015 vintage ) on a Windows Server 2012 Platform that is being retired ( hardware EOL ). Is it possible to purchase the current version of Complete FTP for the new Windows Server 2019 and migrate the retiring server's Complete FTP database/configuration to it? Or - will I have to rebuild each existing account 1 at a time on the new platform?

Yes. You don't need to purchase a new license - you can renew your support agreement (if it is no longer current) to obtain the latest version, and you can migrate your existing settings as described here.
