What's the difference between SSHFTPclient vs SecureFTPConnection

I saw we able to connect in both ways is there any difference and which is preffered way to connect.

The key difference is that SecureFTPConnection also offers FTP/FTPS support, so you can switch between FTPS and SFTP by setting a property. Along with that SecureFTPConnection offers more features like connection-pooling and asynchronous methods. Behind the scenes, SecureFTPConnection actually uses SSHFTPClient for SFTP.
