Automating Non-Windows User & Home Directory creation via powershell

I am looking for a way to automate creation of new Non-Windows Users in CompleteFTP via powershell.

Is there a API i can call?  Can I make calls directly into the internal DB?

Yes, you can create non-Windows users via the SSH command line as described here. So as long as you have a Powershell SSH client (maybe SSH remoting?) it can be done.
