Cannot login to manager

Question

My site is up and running but I cannot login.  I reset the password as described in one the questions but it just prompts saying the service is not started.  It is running.  I tell it to start it.  It says it's still not running.  I tried stopping the service and letting the manager start it but got the same results.  Any ideas?

Examine the log files (server and manager) for clues. If you can't figure it out, you will need to open a support ticket here (please note, you'll need a current support agreement).
