No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)

Question

I've set up a user using completeFTP Manager, but when I try to connect from a client I get "Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)".

Some additional information:

• I have whitelisted a static IP from which I am connecting
• I have a server error that I can't fix, not sure if this could cause the problem:

1. System process (pid=4) is already using port 80 on interface 0.0.0.0
2. System process (pid=4) is already using port 443 on interface 0.0.0.0
