There's a release of edtFTPnet/PRO that works on .NET 1.1 (7.4.0), and later versions all work on 2.0 and above.

I think support2 missed the fact that you were asking about '.NET Core'. The answer is no. edtFTPnet/PRO does not work on any version of .NET Core.
