Yes, anything you can do in Filezilla with proxies you should be able to do with edtFTPnet/PRO.

Thanks but I don't see those options. I am not very familiar with FTP. Is it something that we have to code manually by connecting to the proxy and then send those FTP commands one by one? Could you provide some code example?
