I got an error,when i click the event button

It's not clear what is causing this issue. Can you confirm that you have tried deleting or renaming the %LOCALAPPDATA%\EnterpriseDT directory?

Previously i renamed  the Directory name  EnterpriceDT

Again i uninstalled FTP and installed again.

I'll send you a build of 10.2.0 (due out next week) to try to see if that makes a difference.
