How to create a trigger to run a batch file, batch.cmd instead of script

Question

I have created a batch file that transfers files between ftp server and a client machine. The batch runs perfectly on command prompt. But I want to create a trigger that calls the same file on Complete FTP.

Yes I have tried.
For example.
C:\ftp_test.cmd

When i put that line and schedule the trigger nothing happens even in the logs.
