Is CompleteFTP 9.1.2 Enterprise supporting IPv6?

On Windows 2008 I added the IPv6 address to the list of IP addresses to listen to.

IPv6 address is displayed as 'Currently available = No'

Currently, no (as of October 2016). On our to do list. We don't have a firm date yet.
