PGP public key for connection to SFTP

We would like to use our clients PGP public key for connection to the SFTP. When I try to import their Public key in the USERS property section I get the following error:
Could not import key.
Failed to recognize public key format

Does CompeteFTP not support using PGP keys for SFTP?

Unfortunately no SSH or SFTP product that we are aware of supports using PGP keys, including CompleteFTP. The best hope for converting is to use openpgp2ssh.
