Why am i getting this error System.MissingMethodException: NAMEFMT

I have a a customer connecting to our FTP server, we have just started using completeftp Pro and in the log screen i can see when they transfer a file which they do successfully they get the below string of text. Is this something my end or theirs that can be changed to remove the error?

can anyone help, or do i need more from the debug level of the logs?

NAMEFMT is an AS/400 command - it isn't supported on CompleteFTP, and the client shouldn't be sending it.

Fair enough. Thanks for the answer i will tell the client not to send the command if they don't want the error reporting their side.
