Exclude by remote folder name in a download using Synchronize method

Is there a way to exclude a folder from a download using the Synchronize method? I tried the filter with no success. I need to exclude a folder named _local from the folder I am downloading. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the filter is for filenames only, not for folders.
