Sorry for the delay in replying. I asked a colleague to investigate this report. He did encounter an issue in IE11 where the progress-bar froze after a few percent. We'll investigate this. He also found that Edge worked fine though. Could I ask you to send us a log that shows the page loading in Edge? To do this, please open Edge; press F12; select the Network tab; unselect the 7th icon ('Clear entries on navigate'); open the CompleteFTP Manager page in Edge; go back to F12 and click the 3rd icon ('Export as HAR').
